Fenix Aire is by far the best HVAC company! The first day they came out, Carlos and John were more than thorough and made sure I had a safe working unit, unfortunately I have a super old unit and they had to come back the following day to help out but they showed up with another guy Jose and the three of them are such hard workers and truly dedicated to finding a solution!! I am so grateful for them and the work that they have done! If you need anything, these are the guys to call! Truly wonderful service and outstanding customer service!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with FENIX AIRE A/C AND HEATING. I received professional services from the employees, great communication and they were very courteous. They were able to install quickly and get my system up and running. One of the best services, they made sure I knew all about my new unit and answered all of my questions before leaving. They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with their work.

I called Fenix Aire last minute. I got home and It was HOT!!!! I needed it fixed as soon as possible because I had family flying into town that night. I called Fenix Aire and they picked up first call. I spoke to Carlos on the phone, and he was very professional, and was able to set up for them to come out. The technician Jongo was very professional, courteous, and honest. I knew i could trust them. He was at my home for an hour, had it running within 20 minutes and then he continued to evaluate the rest of the system to make sure everything was okay. Jongos the best!!!! Overall my experience was Fenix Aire was phenomenal. Fair pricing, fantastic service, and fast!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and will be using them again in the future!!!!

I always hesitate when I have to call a company for a job to my home, due too many reasons. 1. The lack of cleanliness they leave behind. 2. Always wanting to upsell with pushy pricing. 3. Lack of professionalism. That being said, they arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. The technician who came to my house wore protective covering over his shoes the whole time he was inside my house. He went in and out a few times but never forgot to take them off when outside and put them back on when inside. I appreciate that as I do not allow shoes in my house. He was efficient and thorough. He gave me my options but I never felt like he was pushing unnecessary parts or work on my unit. He said to take my time and discuss the options with my husband and when we were ready to give him a call. He followed up the next week just to make sure everything was running smooth and I was not having any issues with my unit but never did he push his services on us or asked if we made a decision about the recommendations. His efficiency, professionalism and integrity led us to become members with his company. In this day and age, you don’t come across a company who has integrity or honesty very often, so I will recommending Fenix Aire to my friends and family.
